  1. Uniject Filling Machine at M/s. Inova Packaging at Schwuabisch Hall, Germany;
  2. Lyophilizer at M/s. Martin Christ, Asterode, Germany.
  3. M/s. Hirano Tecseed, Japan; to inspect Coating machine for transdermal application
  4. Inspected Automatic Visual Inspection Machine mfd. by Seidenader at Germany.
  5. Bosch filling lines at Germany
• Visited M/s. Hull at Hartboro and M/s. Firstenberg Machinery, Sanfransisco in USA to evaluate the purchase of second-hand / refurbished process equipment.
• Attended review meetings of vetting the layouts and GMP issues on Fill & Finish and API Manufacturing Suites at LSMW, Germany.
• Visited M/s. VACSERA, Egypt, designed and submitted the layout with construction specifications, equipment specifications and philosophy of utilities to M/s. VACSERA for recombinant product manufacturing
• Visited RCI Imarat, to evaluate M+W Zander works carried out for Electronic Industry
• Visited mammalian cell culture facility of M/s. Human Genome Sciences in Bethesda, USA.
• Visited M/s. Gala Biotech, a unit of M/s. Cardinal Healthcare, Madison, USA for contract manufacturing of MAB molecule.
• Site visit to M/s. Biomerieux’s, Bac T Alert Diagnostic kit manufacturing facility, Durham, USA to look into the possibility of setting up of second plant in India. Front-end engineering completed and submitted for Board approval.
• Visited M/s. Advanced Bio-Science Laboratories, Inc., Maryland, USA to explore the possibilities to shift some of the manufacturing activities to India
• Involved in Design activities of M/s UCB’s Cimzia project
• Involved in Due diligence of facility M/s by Biomerieux in 2006 and M/s Sanofi in 2009 for the same facility
• Gap analysis and corrections to meet the Indian Firm to the standards of Sanofi in terms of Engineering documentation, HSE and Bio- safety
